Hourly Charters and Private Tours: We provide clean new cars and vans, chauffeured by an English speaking driver or a Chinese driver with an English speaking guide. You can hire our cars and drivers by the half-day, day or week to take you where you need to go. Our drivers and vehicles are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, year round.

Airport Pick-Up: We can meet you at the airport arrival hall and transport you directly to your hotel.We monitor all flight schedules and will be aware of late departures and delays.

Cruise ship or Ferry Pick-Up: We can meet you at the arrival hall of the port terminal and transport you directly to your hotel. If you are only in town for the day, a tour can be arranged to optimize your time in port.

Corporate Road Shows: Many business trips involve attending a number of meetings at different supplier’s or customer's offices or manufacturing facilities. We can help optimize your time on the ground with efficient routing and transfers.

Events and Meetings: Our experienced Event Management Team understands how to coordinate all your transport needs for a large event and meetings. We can provide multi-lingual ground coordinators to ensure that participants are fully looked after.

Private Aviation: We assist many VIP clients in this premier service market segment.

Airport VIP meet and greet service

The VIP meet and greet service takes the hassle out of airport check-in, long lines and heavy luggage. We contract with a team of highly experienced and well connected airport concierges that are available to meet departing and arriving passengers and assist them with check-in, luggage and any other service that may be needed.

Arrival: Passengers will be met on arrival at the arriving flights air bridge by our airport ‘security-approved’ sub-contractors and attended to from the moment they land. The service include: welcome with name sign, assist with immigration formalities, fast track immigration clearance, luggage collecting, and escort to the designated chauffeur and vehicle.

Departure: Once Passengers arrive airport an airport concierge will assist passengers with check-in, luggage, utilize VIP fast track customs clearance and be escorted to boarding gate or airline club lounge.

Please advise our reservation department for greeter rates and meeting locations during the booking process. Currently this service is available at Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and HK airports.

English Speaking Tour Guides: Having traveled all the way to China why not experience some of the country and its culture? We can provide an English speaking guide to personally escort you to the sights of China and recommend cultural hot spots. Guides are also available without a car booking.

English Speaking Business Assistant: As very little English is spoken in China we find that many business visitors are not able to utilize their time in a city as efficiently as they would like. We can help you with finding suppliers, purchasing samples, logistics, negotiations and assist you with all general business matters.

Our friendly guides can also assist with shopping and bargaining, accompany you to restaurants to assist with ordering and recommend the best places to dine, socialize and relax while you are here.

English Interpreter / Translator: If you are in China to undertake business negotiations, you will need a highly competent translator with you at any meetings that involve negotiations, contractual matters, specifications or pricing.

Long Term Car Leasing: We can offer 1 or 2 year contracts for a fully serviced car with driver on call for both business and personal travel needs. This is a popular option for executives on extended postings that need a car at their disposal while in China.
