China Car Service is a professional service designed to provide you with efficient and safe transportation while visiting China.

China Car Service is an American / Chinese partnership headquartered in Shenzhen (near Hong Kong) with regional offices and fleets in 13 cities around China. This allows us to understand the standards expected by an American or European business traveler abroad while being intimately familiar with the local destinations and transport infrastructure.

We provide English speaking drivers and guides to ensure the smooth delivery of your customer to his hotel or business destination. Very little English is spoken in China making the use of taxis unrealistic. Additionally, many common business destinations are outside of the downtown region and you will require a dedicated car and driver (with GPS), to get to and from the meeting. We can also provide qualified translators and interpreters to assist you in any business dealings.

We primarily service the business market which has high expectations of service and quality. Currently we are working with many large US, and European, limousine companies and travel service vendors. We also work with major event coordinators to provide the vehicles for large cooperate events, and trade shows on an annual basis. We accept payment via major credit cards and wire transfers.

While there are taxis available in China, drivers tend to have erratic driving styles, little regard for personal safety and rarely speak any English. In most cases, you will need to have a translator with you or ensure that you have the destination written in Chinese characters before leaving the hotel. This creates a lot of anxiety as you have no idea where you are going, what is the most direct route or indeed if you will even get there.
